Midwest: Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky
Northeast: Maine, Vermont, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey
Southeast: Georgia, Alabama, Missouri
Southern California
Southwest: Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico
Must live within the current open territories
Role Description
As a Territory Sales Representative you will drive sales growth by achieving revenue targets, expanding distribution, and delivering exceptional customer service. Execute brand strategies while maintaining high standards in training, merchandising, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, distribution, and productivity targets.
Develop and follow an effective call plan to ensure regular customer visits, maintaining a rotation schedule of 4 to 12 weeks for all customers.
Regularly visit customers to ensure optimal brand positioning and support product sell-through.
Cultivate and strengthen working relationships at all levels within practices and businesses.
Continue developing the existing customer base while prospecting for new business opportunities in the market.
Clearly conveys product value and brand messaging.
Qualifications
1yr+ outside sales experience.
Strong proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Teams).
Demonstrated success in sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Proven ability in new business development and lead generation.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-starter: ability to work independently and remotely.
Skilled in account management and maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.
Territory development skills and cold-call cycle management
Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
Ability to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities in the day-to-day.
Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays.
Valid driver's license and U.S. work authorization.
